Hi!
I’m an ordinary guy, not a guru and not a millionaire. I just got tired of working “for someone” one day and decided to try something of my own.
This is not a success story, but an honest story about where the first step begins.
🔹 How did it all start?
I wasn’t waiting for a “million dollar idea”. I just started with the question:
“What can I do and what can I try to do with my money?”
The answer was simple: I knew a little about graphics and noticed that no one around me did a good job of visualizing small businesses. That’s how it all started.
🔹 What’s important to understand before you start?
You don’t have to start with an office, an LLC, and a staff.
Many businesses start with one laptop and a client. And that’s okay.
Don’t look for an idea, but for a problem.
When you understand what’s bothering others, you can offer a solution. People don’t pay for fantasies, but for benefits.
You don’t need to know everything.
It’s enough to understand what you’re good at and where you can delegate.
It will be scary. That’s okay.
Fear is part of the process. The main thing is not to let it block your actions.
🔹 What I focused on at the beginning:
Minimum expenses. I didn’t take out loans and didn’t chase after scale. I started with what I had.
The first service is as simple as possible. Not a line, not a platform, not a franchise. Just one clear offer.
I tried it right away. I didn’t prepare forever. A start without an ideal is better than an ideal without a start.
🔹 What advice would I give myself then?
Don’t be afraid to seem “small”. Everyone starts small.
Learn to talk to the client. Not to sell, but to understand what he needs.
Keep track of your money. Keeping track from day one is super important.
Don’t compare yourself to those who have been in business for 10 years.
Stop waiting for the perfect moment. It won’t happen.
🔹 And one more thing:
You don’t have to know how everything will be in a year.
But if you take at least a step every day, in a year you will already be in a completely different place.
